fUN AND LEiSURE
When I am not at work or coaching, I am on the grill/smoker cooking only like a BBQ Pit Master can: Low and Slow. I own 3 smokers and 2 grills. I've smoke whole chickens, whole chicken wings, sausages, pork ribs (Baby Back, St. Luis, and Spare ribs), and whole briskets. On the grill I can make you the juiciest tastiest steaks tips, pork chops and chicken breasts. I have a Gourmet Burger Recipe that will will have your mouth watering even after you are full. I make my own dry rub and barbecue sauces. Barbecuing is an art form that can never be perfected, only improved. If its not over Charcoal, then its not true Barbecuing!!
